Savy is a free and small (less than 1 MB) program that will let you easily and quickly choose, activate or deactivate your screensavers.

Savy is a portable application – you don’t need to install, just unpack and run.
If you want it to start with Windows, create a shortcut in the StartUp folder. If you don’t know how to do this manually, get StartUp Control Panel, a small freeware that will let you manage the Windows StartUp applications.
