How to Change File Names Back to Black

In computers, file names have different colors.
The computer automatically changes the color of the file name to describe the file.
Files with blue file names signify that the file is compressed.
Files with green file names signify that the file is encrypted.

What program affected the change?
       Windows Disk Cleanup

How to change blue file names back to black?
     Right click on the file name
     Click properties
     Go to "General" Tab > find "Attributes" > click "Advanced"
     Uncheck "Compress Contents to Save Space"
     Note: This process will decompress the file.

How to change green file names back to black?
     Right click on the file name
     Click properties
     Go to "General" Tab >  find "Attributes" > click "Advanced"
     Uncheck "Encrypt Contents to Secure Data"
     Note: This process will remove the encryption.

How to change all the file names back to black without decompressing or removing the encryption?
     Go to Tools > Folder Options > "View" Tab > Advanced settings
     Uncheck "Show encrypted or compressed NTFS files in color"
