Apple Cider Vinegar Solution

Ingredients:
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar (preferably organic and unrefined) (preferably with mother)
1 cup water
1-2 tsp honey (optional for taste)

Procedure:
Mix 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar with 1 cup water. 
Add honey, if desired, to improve taste.

Note:
Do NOT drink more than 3 times per day.
Do NOT drink for more than 3 consecutive days.
